CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking confirmation: rooms are confirmed only after payment of a deposit of 30% of total stay.
For short-stay the amount of the deposit is the first night in the room choosed.
The deposit is paid as guarantee and not as advance. By paying the deposit you accept all conditions mentioned below. The deposit will be refunded at the final payment of all the services booked.
Cancellation:
Booking can be cancelled 30 days before arrival with 100% of the deposit refunded. Until 15 days before arrival deposit will not be refunded but can be used for another booking within the end of the current season . No refund for cancellation from 00.00 am of the 14th day before the arrival.
European law Hotrec: in case of no show, postponed arrival or early departure deposit will be kept as compensation / 100% of services booked are to be paid.
